Here is a short video that explains more:
I mentioned in Chapter 5 that one of my interviewees reported that adding capsules of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables had helped to reduce her cravings for sugar. I have been taking these supplements myself for several years, primarily for the purpose of filling the gaps for nutrients I may be missing in my diet. Several of my clients have found these to be very beneficial for themselves and their families as well.

You can reach out to me at [email protected] for help with ordering. If you order for an adult, you can get free supplements for a child ages 4-19 years old.
This is the Castor Oil Pack that I have used with far greater ease than the home-made one I described in Thriving Through Cancer. It can be easily worn under clothing without making a mess.
I particularly recommend that you use Castor Oil that is organic, extra virgin, cold pressed, hexane free, and delivered in a glass bottle. This is because you are using this to support detoxification of your body and you want to be sure you aren’t adding any chemicals in as you do so.
Here is the link to shop for the pack or Castor Oil.
They offer organic Castor Oil in varying sizes and even a roll-on bottle. The 16.9 oz bottle is the best value.
To do Castor Oil packs at home, I highly recommend the Queen of the Thrones Original Castor Oil Pack Kit, which comes with the 16.9 oz bottle of Castor Oil and the mess-free fabric pack.
Hair Regrowth
Many who have chemo struggle with hair loss and often their hair grows back significantly different than before their diagnosis. Though I have not had cancer, I have low thyroid function which caused my hair to thin in patches and break off easily. I switched to a botanical-based product that doesn’t have all the nasty chemicals I talked about in Chapter 19, and was noticing a difference in just a few months. Now my hairdresser has to thin my hair with each hair cut because it grows so thick.
My friend who inspired the book lost her hair with chemo treatment, yet by using the same line of hair products, her hair was fully regrown within 5 months of finishing chemo! All she needed was a change in the products she was using.
